  • 225 g (1 Cup) Frozen Pineapple
  • 100 g (1 Cup) Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 60 g (2 Cups) Spinach Fresh, washed
  • 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseeds
  • ½ tbsp Sunflower Seeds
  • ½ tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • 250 ml Filtered Water


  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
